The Coaching-Center takes client confidentiality very seriously. Although coaching is not a medical procedure, traditional guidelines of doctor-patient confidentiality are followed. All records, electronic and paper, are password-protected and kept under lock and key in our offices. Information about our clients is shared with no one. The Coaching-Center will not acknowledge requests for information about a client without their prior written consent.
